ASrIA
ASrIA is a not for profit, membership association dedicated to promoting
corporate responsibility and sustainable investment practice in the Asia
Pacific region. ASrIA's goal is to build market capacity for SRI. ASrIA
has taken a leadership role in promoting sustainable investment in Asia
since our founding in 2001. ASrIA has run conferences, seminars and
workshops, and published wide-ranging research on SRI issues. ASrIA has
also created a very wide network of organizations and individuals
interested in the broad range of policy issues and investment strategies
which are essential to the implementation of SRI in Asia.

EDS
EDS is a Europe-wide organization for individual and corporate members including universities, companies, research institutes, government agencies and all concerned with and interested in desalination and membrane technologies for water. It is a society uniting Europeans interested in promoting desalination, water reuse and water technology. All processes are covered and the wide range of roles and activities involved in the desalination field are included: research, applications, consulting, contracting, operation and maintenance, manufacturing, marketing, economics, legislation. Members are welcome from other regions outside Europe.

International Private Water Association IPWA is established to promote opportunities for private sector participation in water and wastewater utilities worldwide. IPWA provides members with means of working together with other members, ministries responsible for water sector development and tariffs, multi-lateral and bi-laterals agencies and financial institutions worldwide to develop models for private investment and address issues impacting the involvement of private sector companies in water and wastewater utilities.

Membrane Industry Association of China The Membrane Industry Association of China (MIAC) is a state-level industrial society with independent legal-person qualification, which was established in 1995 with the efforts of the former Ministry of Chemical Industry, the Chinese Academy of Science and the State Oceanic Administration and duly registered with the Ministry of Civil Affairs. Freely formed by the professional and commercial entities in the membrane separation field of China, MIAC is a non-profit non-governmental organization that acts and operates under the management of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council.
MIAC is committed to provide wholehearted service for every member, to protect the legitimate interests of the members, to ensure the implementation of relevant policies and regulations of the country, to enhance the exchange and collaboration of the membrane industry, and to strengthen the research and applied development in engineering and technology for the purpose of propelling the technical progress and improving the economic benefit as well as promoting the development of the membrane industry.
There are more than 400 members currently in MIAC, most of which are the professional and commercial entities specialized in scientific research, design, production, engineering and trading in the membrane industry.
MIAC is now also focused on early-stage evaluation of feasibility of major projects on investment, reconstruction and development in the membrane industry as entrusted by governmental departments and relevant companies, and jointly carries out supervision on same. In the meantime, MIAC is also engaged to promoting the exchange and cooperation within domestic and overseas counterparts of the membrane industry.
